1. Who We Are

Wren Social is an AI-powered social media management application developed and operated by MDAICS. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, contact us at contact@mdaics.org.

2. Information We Collect

• Account information: your email address and basic profile details when you sign up for Wren Social.
• Connected social accounts: when you link a platform (such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube), we receive OAuth access tokens and basic profile information from that platform, for example your name, handle, and avatar.
• Content you create: posts, captions, images, videos, schedules, and analytics you create or import in Wren Social.
• Usage information: limited technical data such as device type, app version, and error logs that help us keep the service reliable.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Publishing posts and videos to the social accounts you connect, only when you ask us to
• Reading analytics and engagement data to show you insights about your content
• Generating AI-assisted content suggestions based on your brand context
• Keeping your account secure and sending transactional messages about your account
• Improving the reliability and performance of the service

4. Data Sharing

We post content only to the platforms you connect, and only on your behalf. We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the service providers required to run Wren Social (such as our database and hosting providers) and with the social platforms you explicitly authorize us to act on. Each connected platform's own privacy policy also applies to data it receives.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

• Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security, and OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest.
• You may disconnect any connected social account at any time from Settings. This revokes Wren Social's access and deletes the stored tokens for that platform.
• You may request full deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing contact@mdaics.org. We will confirm once deletion is complete.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing contact@mdaics.org. We respond to privacy requests within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use session cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will note the new date above. Continued use of Wren Social after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
