Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

When you connect a social media account, Wren receives OAuth access tokens and basic profile information (name, handle, avatar) from that platform. We store these securely to publish content on your behalf. We also collect account information (email address) when you sign up.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Publishing posts and pins to connected social accounts at your direction
• Reading analytics and engagement data to surface insights
• Generating AI-powered content suggestions using your brand context
• Sending transactional emails related to your account

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Third-Party Platforms

Wren connects to social platforms (Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, Bluesky, Threads) solely to perform actions you explicitly request. Each platform's own privacy policy also applies.

5. Data Retention

You may disconnect any social account at any time from Settings, which revokes Wren's access and deletes stored tokens for that platform. You may request full account deletion by contacting us.

6. Cookies

We use session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
