1. Acceptance

By using Wren Social, you agree to these Terms of Service. Wren Social is operated by MDAICS. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the application.

2. The Service

Wren Social is an AI-powered social media management application. It lets you connect your social media accounts, create and schedule content, publish posts on your behalf, and view analytics. Features may change over time as we improve the service.

3. Your Accounts and Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Wren Social account credentials.
• You are responsible for all content published through your connected accounts, including content drafted, scheduled, or published by Wren Social at your direction.
• You must comply with the terms of service and community guidelines of each social platform you connect.
• You must only connect accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not publish spam, misleading content, or content that violates any connected platform's policies
• Do not use the service for unauthorized automated mass-targeting or harassment campaigns
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or compromise the service or its infrastructure
• Do not share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Do not use the service in any way that violates applicable law

5. Content Ownership

Content you create and publish through Wren Social remains yours. MDAICS does not claim ownership over your posts, images, or videos. You grant us only the limited license needed to store, process, and transmit your content to the platforms you connect.

6. Service Availability

Wren Social depends on third-party platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok) and their APIs. We do not guarantee that every platform connection will be available at all times, and we are not responsible for changes, outages, or restrictions imposed by those platforms. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

7. Termination

You may stop using Wren Social and delete your account at any time by contacting contact@mdaics.org. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or use the service in a way that harms the service or other users. On termination, your data will be deleted on request as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

Wren Social is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MDAICS is not liable for content published through the platform, actions taken by connected social platforms, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will note the new date above. Continued use of Wren Social after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
