1. Who We Are

Wren is a social media management application that allows users to schedule, publish, and manage content across multiple social media platforms from a single interface. The App is operated by Wren ("we", "us", or "our"). Our website is wrenai.app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Wren. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. If you are using Wren on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Third-Party Platform Connections

Wren allows you to connect third-party social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, Bluesky, and WhatsApp Business. By connecting these accounts, you:

• Grant Wren permission to publish content on your behalf as authorized
• Agree to comply with each platform's own terms of service and community guidelines
• Acknowledge that Wren is not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms, including account suspension or content removal

Wren accesses third-party platforms only to the extent necessary to provide the publishing and scheduling features you request. We do not sell data obtained from connected accounts.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Wren to:

• Post content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or abusive
• Violate the intellectual property rights of others
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in deceptive practices
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network
• Use the App in any way that could disable, overburden, or impair its infrastructure

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create and publish through Wren. By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and transmit your content solely as necessary to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

7. WhatsApp Messaging

The WhatsApp publishing feature uses the WhatsApp Business Platform API. Messages are sent to recipients you explicitly select. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent from recipients before sending them messages. You must comply with WhatsApp's Business Policy and the applicable laws regarding electronic communications in your jurisdiction.

8. Privacy

Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Wren, you consent to the data practices described therein. We store OAuth tokens and social account credentials using industry-standard encryption.

9. Intellectual Property

The Wren application, including its design, code, and branding, is our proprietary property. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the Wren name, logo, or trademarks. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Wren is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Social media platforms may change their APIs at any time, which may temporarily affect publishing functionality.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wren shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wren and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or by email. Your continued use of Wren after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Termination

You may stop using Wren at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at our sole discretion, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
